Getting Started

1. Please read my terms to make sure you are comfortable with them.
2. Decide what services you need.
3. Fill out the blog questionnaire for Blogger or WordPress.
4. Once I receive your questionnaire I will email you to let you know where you are in the queue.
5. You will need to pay for your blog design before I begin work. If you are not able to do so and need to work out a payment plan please contact me here.

How do I Pay?

I accept PayPal. Please make sure it is in US dollars. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to make payment. Once I receive your questionnaire and we have worked out all the details of your project I will send you an invoice through PayPal. Before I start on your design I will have to receive your payment. If you are not able to make a full payment we can discuss a payment plan.

What Platforms do you design for?

I only design for blogger & WordPress.org (Self-hosting). I DO NOT design for wordpress.com. If you are interested in wordpress.org please make sure your hosting meets all WordPress requirements. If you are not sure which hosting company to use I recommend both BlueHost or HostGator. They both have fantastic customer support plus great live chat support.

What do I need for WordPress design?

If you are wanting to have a WordPress design you will need to have both a hosting account and a domain name. I recommend both BlueHost or HostGator.

How long will it take for you to start on my design?

My queue varies from time to time. Most of the time I can begin work within a week of you submitting your questionnaire and receiving payment.

How many drafts am I able to have of my design?

You may receive 3 major revisions of your design. A major revision includes a new layout and/or graphics. I allow unlimited changes in the DESIGN stage, however, I would appreciate all information of what you want in the questionnaire. Once the design has been installed any changes you want made will be charge at $50/hour with a a minimum charge of one hour.

Do you communicate by phone?

I prefer not to communicate by phone. I do communicate by Skype & Yahoo Messenger. The reason why I do this is so I can go back and reference what we have discussed.

How does the blogger point system work?

If you look on the blogger questionnaire you will see the 4 packages which come with points. For each item for your design has a point value. If you chose the single package which is 4 points then you choose 4 points worth of items from the items below the package options. This allows you to totally customize your site.

Who hosts my images for Blogger

For a small fee of $5 I can host your images for your Blogger site. If you choose not pay the $5 then you must have a Photobucket account. If you choose to use your own Photobucket account then I cannot help you if Photobucket goes down. If you choose to switch to my hosting after your design is installed there will be a $25 fee to transfer all images/links on your site.
